In Ashland's Industrial and Systems Engineering program you’ll learn skills that apply across engineering disciplines, such as sound business practices, that are foundational in industrial engineering. Industrial and Systems Engineering is the type of engineering that’s most applicable across a wide range of industries. Industrial and systems engineers apply math and science technologies to improve processes and benefit society.

Choose Ohio First Scholarship
Ashland University has been awarded a grant from the state of Ohio to provide Choose Ohio First Scholarships to outstanding students in a variety of majors. Four programs in the Dauch College of Business & Economics are eligible for this scholarship: Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, Industrial and Systems Engineering and Supply Chain Management. These scholarships support academically strong students who plan to continue to graduate school or employment in STEM industries after completing a bachelor’s degree. Students can receive $3,000 per academic year for four years.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Enrolled in one of AU's Dauch College of Business & Economics COF programs of study: Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, Industrial and Systems Engineering or Supply Chain Management
- ACT score of 25 or higher; or SAT score of 1200 or higher
- High school GPA of 3.5 or higher
